How do I report damage?

You can report damage to us via the app.

• After you have selected a vehicle on the map, you will see a button "Details & Damages".
• Click on the button and navigate to the damage reports.
• Before reporting new damage, please check whether the damage is already entered in the damage list.
• If this is not the case, report the damage before you drive off.
• Damage includes dents, scratches, dings or damage to the interior.
